Tasting Note
Citrus and white orchard fruit with hazelnut, orange peel and dried-fruit notes; saline, mineral backbone, medium–full palate with toasted oak, buttered pastry and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-grape pressing, 24h static settling; alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak; 18 months élevage (≈25% new oak) with 6 months tank assemblage.

Domaine Leflaive, historic Puligny-Montrachet estate (family since 1717). Biodynamic practices; parcel 'Sous le Dos d'Âne' (~1.62 ha) on calcareous-clay soils; vines planted 1995/2004.
