Tasting Note
Delicate stone fruit, lemon and green apple with honeysuckle and subtle reduction. Creamy texture, vibrant acidity and a chalky, mineral backbone leading to a long, zesty finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; manual harvest, pneumatic pressing, 100% Chardonnay; alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak casks (c.22% new); 12 months in cask + 6 months in tank.
