Green-golden Chardonnay with stone fruit, citrus blossom and honeysuckle, driven by vibrant acidity, creamy texture and pronounced mineral/saline finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; 100% manual harvest, whole-berry pneumatic pressing, barrel fermentation and 17–18 months élevage with a portion in new oak.
