Savoury dark cherry and blackberry, forest-floor and wild herb notes, with mocha and spice from new oak, fine mineral tension, fresh acidity and refined tannins delivering a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Practising organic viticulture; hand-harvested, de-stemmed; native fermentations; aged ~14–20 months in oak with a high proportion of new oak for premier cru; bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Domaine Sérafin (Sérafin Père & Fils) is a multi‑generational Gevrey-Chambertin producer founded by Polish migrants in the 1950s; now run by Karine and Frédérique, working mainly with old vines across several premier cru parcels.
