Medium-bodied Pinot Noir: wild strawberry, raspberry, cassis, forest floor, loam, tobacco and baking chocolate with fine, supple tannins and vivid acidity; mineral, spicy finish with long persistence.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; fermentation with substantial whole-cluster (circa 70%) and aged in French oak (approx. 30–40% new). Light cellar handling; minimal SO2 at bottling.

Domaine Trapet (Trapet Père & Fils), founded 1870 and run by Jean‑Louis Trapet; converted to biodynamics in the 1990s (Demeter-certified). Owns parcels including Chambertin Grand Cru and sources Ostrea from old vines around Brochon.
