Tasting Note
Pale straw; grapefruit, lemon, honeysuckle and lavender with vanilla-spice from oak. Bright natural acidity, creamy mid-palate and a long, clean finish.

Western: oysters, lobster, grilled scallops, roast chicken, goat or feta cheese. Asian: sashimi/sushi, miso‑glazed fish, tempura, Thai green curry, miso pork belly.

Production Method
Small-batch fruit from Stoney Vineyard; fermented and matured in 100% new French oak barriques, 12 months on lees, bottled unfined/unfiltered and cellared before release.
