Tasting Note
Dark cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with bay leaf, sage, white pepper and subtle cedar. Silky, precise palate with very fine tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish with citrus lift.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, duck breast with cherry sauce, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki/soy-glazed salmon, char siu pork, shiitake & soy dishes.
Production Method
High whole-bunch fermentation (c.80% in 2021), aged 16–18 months in oak (≈50–60% new), matured in the domaine's underground cellars; sustainable viticulture and careful yield control.

Clos des Lambrays is a historic walled Grand Cru in Morey-Saint-Denis (≈8.84 ha; 8.66 ha held by Domaine des Lambrays). Estate dates to 1365 and was acquired by LVMH in 2014; annual Grand Cru production ~30,000 bottles.
