Tasting Note
Elegant, mineral-driven Pinot with red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, rose petal and orange-zest aromatics; earthy, forest-floor and saline notes; silky fine-grained tannins, medium‑full body and a long, mouthwatering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, roasted game, aged Comté or Gruyère. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi, shiitake/mushroom stir‑fries, miso‑glazed aubergine.
