Tasting Note
Purple-hued Pinot with black and red berries, forest floor, violet and savory spice. Medium–full-bodied, concentrated fruit with powdery tannins, bright acidity, notable minerality and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Old‑vine fruit, hand-harvested and rigorously sorted; mostly destemmed (stems occasionally reintroduced), punched down manually. Indigenous-yeast fermentation; aged ~16–18 months in ~15–20% new French oak. Minimal intervention, low sulphur, bottled largely unfined/unfiltered.
