Food Pairing: Western: grilled ribeye, lamb shank, game stews, truffle pasta, aged Gouda. Asian: Cantonese roast duck, Sichuan beef with chilies, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), lamb skewers (chai), spicy Sichuan hotpot.
