Crisp orchard and citrus (pear, lemon), white flowers and toasted hazelnut with pronounced saline minerality; focused, precise mid-palate, creamy texture and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed / biodynamic vines; hand-harvested, gentle pressing, barrel fermentation (approx. 20% new oak), aged on lees with bâtonnage and malolactic fermentation before bottling.

Clos des Bouchères is a small walled monopole acquired by Domaine Roulot (vines planted c.1950 & 1980) on oolitic limestone and marl with fossil shells; Domaine Roulot is a long‑established Meursault domaine (family since 1820), run by Jean‑Marc Roulot.
