Food Pairing: Western: roast chicken, lobster with beurre blanc, mushroom risotto, creamy pasta, aged Comté. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty fish), Chinese steamed crab with ginger and scallion, richer Thai coconut seafood curry.
Vineyard Info: Domaine Roulot (family domaine) farms several Meursault premiers crus. Clos des Bouchères is a monopole (small walled clos) acquired by Roulot; vines include plantings from ~1950 and 1980.
