Tasting Note
Bright lemon and green apple with pear, toasted hazelnut and acacia blossom; focused minerality, saline undertow and buttery mid-palate, finishing long with lemon oil and fine oak.

Production Method
Native-yeast fermentation in oak barrels (c.15–25% new), full malolactic, aged ~11–12 months on lees with light bâtonnage; organic/biodynamic viticulture and low sulfur use.
