Tasting Note
Bright, mineral-driven Chardonnay: lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, hazelnut and wet stone with saline, floral lift and a focused, chalky finish. Precise and restrained with fine texture and citrus-tinged acidity.

Hand-harvested; gentle pneumatic pressing; native-yeast fermentation in oak barrels; élevage ~11–12 months in barrel (10–30% new oak), then racked to stainless steel for further aging; light lees contact and limited bâtonnage; malolactic usually completed.
