Tasting Note
Ripe apple, pear and white‑flower aromas with hazelnut, stone-fruit and citrus-oil notes. Creamy, textural mid-palate, saline/mineral lift and bright acidity leading to a long, precise finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, lobster with butter, mushroom risotto, creamy pasta. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, tempura prawns, mild Thai coconut seafood curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; barrel-fermented (approx. 20% new oak), aged on lees with bâtonnage, malolactic fermentation and extended élevage before bottling.
