Tasting Note
Deep, sanguine character with blackcurrant, blackberry, graphite, tobacco, blood orange and dried floral notes. Medium–to full-bodied with velvety, seamless tannins and a long, savory finish.

Dry-farmed estate fruit; hand‑harvested and cluster/berry sorted (including optical sorting). Separate lot fermentations with gentle pump‑overs; aged in French oak (≈20% new), minimal intervention winemaking.
