Tasting Note
Deep cherry and black-fruit core with graphite, cocoa, cedar and tobacco; refined, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a concentrated, polished palate that finishes long and mineral.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), char siu, Peking duck, spicy Szechuan or Cantonese beef dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration; aged ~15 months in French oak barrels (approx. 65–67% new).
