Tasting Note
Dense, polished Cabernet with blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and plum, framed by graphite, cedar, cocoa and dried rosemary. Silky, well-integrated tannins, bright acidity, violet and tobacco hints; long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, venison, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Cantonese roast (char siu / Peking duck), Sichuan beef, teriyaki or soy-glazed steak.

Production Method
Hand-harvested and parcel-selected; fermented in small lots, malolactic in barrel; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈68% new), followed by additional bottle ageing.
