Tasting Note
Perfumed red fruits (cherry, raspberry) with violet florals, forest floor, mushroom and warm spice; silky texture, lively acidity and powdery tannins, long mineral finish—approachable now but will continue to develop.

Production Method
Mostly whole-cluster with selective destemming, short prefermentation maceration, gentle punch‑downs; indigenous yeast fermentation and élevage ~18 months in French oak (traditionally high % new oak), minimal fining.
