Tasting Note
Pomegranate, wild red berries, rose petal, forest floor, spice and graphite; silky, fine powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long, sapid finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; native-yeast fermentation, gentle maceration and extraction; aged ~18 months in French oak (portion new), minimal filtration.
