Tasting Note
Concentrated yet ethereal Pinot Noir: red cherry, raspberry, truffle, forest floor, spice and tobacco. Silky, layered, with fine ripe tannins and very long, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested, rigorous sorting; high-percentage whole-cluster fermentation in large wooden vats with native yeasts; gentle pigeage, 18–21 day maceration; pressed and aged ~18–22 months in French oak (Tronçais/Bertranges), bottled without fining or filtration.
