Tasting Note
Opulent, deeply textured Chardonnay—toffee, honeyed stone fruit, pineapple, orange marmalade, truffle and pastry with saline mineral lift; unctuous yet fresh, powerful mid-palate and very long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster with clarified butter, truffle risotto, seared scallops, roast chicken with cream sauce, aged Comté; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, crab tempura, sashimi (toro), steamed scallops with ginger-soy, Cantonese roasted seafood.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster pressing; native-yeast fermentation and aging ~18 months in largely new French oak; natural malolactic conversion; minimal fining, light or no filtration.
