Tasting Note
Ripe red and black fruits (raspberry, wild cherry, bramble) with truffle, undergrowth, graphite and spice. Dense, velvety texture, refined but powerful tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fully or partly destemmed depending on vintage; small open-vat fermentation with indigenous yeasts; aged 16–20 months in French oak (Drouhin-Laroze uses a high proportion of new barrels for its Grands Crus).
