Ripe red and black cherry, raspberry, graphite, truffle, crushed herbs, anise and spice; firm, precise tannins with earthy, licorice and cedar notes and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Fully destemmed Pinot Noir; fermented and matured in oak (about 80% new Allier/Nivernais barrels), light–medium-plus toast, aged ~14–18 months; no whole-bunch vinification.
