Tasting Note

Evolved Pauillac: tertiary leather, tobacco, cedar, dried cassis and plums with minty and graphite notes; silky, ripe tannins and a long mineral finish. Drinking maturely with savoury complexity.


Food Pairing

Roast lamb, grilled ribeye/steak, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), rich soy/umami braised beef.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification with maceration and fermentation in vats, followed by ageing in French oak barrels (typically 12–18 months).
