Tasting Note
Bright wild berry and dark cherry core with floral lift, black pepper, cedar and truffle notes; satiny texture, supple tannins and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, coq au vin, grilled salmon. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, shiitake mushroom stir-fry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, small-lot fermentations and élevage; aged 14 months in French oak (50% new).
