Tasting Note
Confident Puligny: confit citrus, apple blossom and white peach with beeswax, hazelnut and saline, chalky minerality. Medium–full bodied with lively acidity and a spicy, long finish.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, grilled sea bass, mushroom risotto. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, sushi/sashimi, prawn tempura, creamy Thai or Cantonese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested Chardonnay; whole‑cluster pressing, fermentation and élevage in French oak (≈30–35% new), partial malolactic conversion; 12–18 months on lees.
