Biodynamically farmed fruit; hand‑harvested, c.20–25% whole clusters, long pre‑fermentation soak and native‑yeast fermentation with gentle punch‑downs. Aged 16–17 months in French oak (≈29–35% new); unfined, unfiltered, bottled under screwcap.
