Tasting Note
Concentrated dark berry and cassis core with cedar, tobacco, violet and mineral notes. Firm ripe tannins, savory underbrush and spice; long, elegant finish with forest-floor complexity.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel selection; fermentation in wood and stainless vats; malolactic in tanks; aged c.15–19 months in 100% new French oak barriques.
