Tasting Note
Elegant, mineral-driven: blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, pencil‑lead and cedar. Medium‑full body, silky yet precise tannins, lively acidity and a long saline finish.

Western: roast lamb, aged beef, duck breast, wild mushroom risotto, hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, braised beef with soy, umami mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Parcel vinification with extended cuvaison; manual harvest; matured ~16–18 months in 100% new French oak; first vintage in new semi‑buried cellar (2021).
