Tasting Note

Black plum, blackberry, violet and forest-floor aromas with cedar, graphite and dark chocolate. Silky, medium‑full palate, soft ripe tannins and a long savory finish (truffles, spice).


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, beef short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, braised beef hot pot, shiitake mushroom dishes.


Production Method

Traditional Pomerol vinification; majority Merlot, fermented in vats and matured ~18 months in 30–50% new oak barrels.

Château La Fleur-Pétrus, owned by Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix since 1952; ~18.7 ha on the Pomerol plateau, replanted mid-20th century and renowned for Merlot-led wines.
