Tasting Note
Concentrated black-cherry and plum core with violet, cocoa, cigar-box and mineral earth notes; silky, opulent texture, polished ripe tannins and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested with double sorting (manual and optical); fermented in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless vats with gentle maceration; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new).
