Tasting Note
Concentrated, mineral-driven Chardonnay with citrus confit, white peach and Mirabelle fruit, jasmine/Asian tea and crushed-stone/saline notes. Powerfully textured, bright acidity and fine oak support a compact, long, age-worthy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barrel; aged 12–18 months in French oak (portion new), minimal filtration and traditional Burgundian élevage.
