Dense black cherry and blackberry with lavender, spice, tobacco, espresso and dark chocolate; polished yet gripping tannins, full-bodied texture and bright mineral lift with a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; separate fermentations (Merlot, Sangiovese) in stainless steel at 26–28°C; maceration 14–18 days; 18 months in French oak (≈70% new) barriques/tonneaux; 3 months finishing in concrete.
