Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Pauillac: blackcurrant, baked plum, violet and graphite with earthy, cedar and light truffle notes; firm, grainy tannins, bright acidity and a long iron-tinged finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye, beef stew (Boeuf Bourguignon), aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), braised beef with soy/ginger, umami-rich Sichuan dishes.
Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification with destemmed fermentation; aged in French oak barrels (approx. 50% new) for ~12–18 months.
