Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with rose and violet florals, subtle spice, earthy minerality and silky tannins; medium-plus body and an elegant, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, lamb, veal, mushroom risotto, mild to aged cheeses (Comté, Brie). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed cod, shiitake & bok choy stir-fry, Korean BBQ (lightly spiced).

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditional Burgundian vinification with partial whole-cluster fermentation and 12–18 months élevage in French oak (small % new).

Owned by François Feuillet since 1991; wines made in partnership with winemaker David Duband. Estate holds multiple Premier and Grand Cru parcels and is undergoing organic conversion.
