Tasting Note
Ripe red and black cherry, plum, rose petal, forest floor and baking spice; silky, concentrated texture with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, sappy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, braised veal, mushroom risotto, aged Comté; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, miso-glazed salmon, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
100% Pinot Noir; low-yield, organic-conversion viticulture; fermentations with partial whole clusters, matured 12–18 months in small French oak barrels (limited new oak).

Owned by businessman François Feuillet since 1991; vineyards in the Côte de Nuits are managed by David Duband. Domaine covers ~17 ha including several Grand Crus, focused on quality and low yields.
