Tasting Note
Concentrated Pinot Noir: black cherry, plum, wild raspberry, violet and forest-floor notes. Silky, layered texture with fine-grained tannins, baking spice and subtle oak; medium–full body and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Roast duck, beef bourguignon, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, roasted lamb; Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, sukiyaki, char siu pork, Korean bbq (bulgogi).

Production Method
Hand-harvested, minimal destemming for Grand Cru fruit, fermentation in tanks and 12–18 months ageing in French oak (≈40% new). Estate practices organic farming/ECOSERT certification and low-yield selection.
