Production Method

Hand‑harvested old‑vine Pinot Noir; mostly destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged ~14–18 months in French oak (≈30% new).

Family domaine founded 1954 (Geantet‑Pansiot). Vincent and Fabien run the estate; practise lutte raisonnée; Vieilles Vignes from ~60–90 year‑old parcels.
