Tasting Note
Pale yellow with green highlights. Aromas of white flowers, hawthorn, green apple, citrus and grapefruit; palate shows pineapple, citrus, minerality and a saline, gently toasty finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, seared scallops, crab remoulade, fish tartare, risotto with Parmesan, roasted white poultry. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura prawns, dim sum (har gow), Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai fish salad.

Production Method
Traditional method (Méthode Champenoise). 100% Chardonnay from multiple crus, no malolactic fermentation, aged on lees 3–4+ years, low dosage (~5–7 g/L).

Vineyard Info
Maison Gosset, founded 1584 in Épernay, sources Chardonnay from prime crus in the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Marne valley; oldest established Champagne house.
