Tasting Note
Zesty citrus and green apple with lemon sherbet, pear and fine brioche. Creamy mousse, toasted hazelnut and saline minerality lead to a long, precise, intense finish.

Production Method
Traditional method (bottle-fermented). Whole-bunch pressed; mainly stainless-steel fermentation with a small percentage in old oak; extended lees ageing and prolonged bottle/cork maturation before release.
