Tasting Note
Perfumed with violets and rose petals, layered blackcurrant, black cherry, licorice, tobacco and graphite. Medium-to-full body, ultrafine silky tannins, vibrant acidity and saline minerality; long, precise, ageworthy finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; early harvest, small-lot fermentations and extended maceration; aged ~18–22 months in new and seasoned French oak, blended in a Bordeaux style and bottled after careful élevage.
