Tasting Note
Powerful, intensely aromatic white with citrus, pineapple, passionfruit, lemongrass, floral and wet-stone notes. Full-bodied, satiny texture, bright acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roasted lobster, grilled sea bass, roast chicken with herbs, creamy goat cheese. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry (mild), dim sum (scallops).
Production Method
Hand-harvested (Aug 27–Sep 5 2018), parcel vinified, aged in 47% new French oak barrels; clarified and bottled May 2, 2019.
