Tasting Note
Dense black-fruit core of blackcurrant, blueberry and raspberry with asphalt/creosote, cedar, tobacco, truffle and mineral notes. Savory, fleshy mid‑palate, ripe sweet tannins and a long graphite-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, rib‑eye or côte de boeuf, venison, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, braised beef with soy/miso, shiitake mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; parcel vinification with strict selection; matured ~18–24 months in oak (significant new oak proportion). Traditional Bordeaux élevage and blending.
