Food Pairing: Western: roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy-braised beef short ribs, Korean barbecue, mushroom hotpot.
Vineyard Info: Château Haut-Brion (est. 1525), Premier Cru Classé (1855), owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon since 1935; ~50 ha in Pessac-Léognan producing the estate's flagship red and small white production.
