Tasting Note
Opaque purple; aromas of blackcurrant, black raspberry, violet, graphite and smoked earth. Full-bodied, dense mid-palate with polished, fine-grained tannins, dark chocolate and mineral notes, finishing long and saline.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, soy-braised beef, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats with gentle extraction; aged 15–18 months in French oak (77.3% new).
