Tasting Note
Complex dark-berry and cassis core with cigar-box, truffle and loamy mineral notes. Concentrated, velvety and balanced by lively acidity, ultra-refined tannins and a long, penetrating, earthy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye steak, duck confit, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses, truffle dishes. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, miso-glazed aubergine, braised Chinese red-cooked pork, Japanese sukiyaki.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; plot vinification with stainless-steel/concrete vats; matured approximately 18–20 months in French oak (73% new). Blend assembled after élevage.
