Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, blueberry and plum with tobacco, graphite, cedar and smoky mineral notes. Full-bodied, concentrated fruit, fine-grained yet powerful tannins and bright acidity, finishing long with violet and spicy oak.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef Wellington, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, braised soy-braised beef, rich Japanese wagyu.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel-by-parcel fermentation with malolactic conversion; matured 18–24 months in French oak barrels (approx. 60–80% new), followed by extended bottle ageing.

One of Bordeaux’s oldest estates; Premier Grand Cru Classé of Graves. Owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon (Haut-Brion), famed for meticulous viticulture, in‑house cooperage and long-lived, terroir-driven wines.
