Tasting Note
Dark crimson with bright ruby hues. Lifted sage, bay leaf, black pepper, plum pudding and blue fruits; palate of blackcurrant, blackberry and Satsuma plum with cedar, leather and savory spice, fine-grained tannins and long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised beef, venison, aged cheddar, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ short ribs, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki-grilled dishes.

Production Method
Fruit from 101-year-old dry-grown ungrafted vines; matured 18 months in hogsheads (34% new; 81% French, 19% American), then bottle-aged in Henschke cellar for Museum release. Managed with organic/biodynamic practices.
