Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black cherry, wild strawberry, spice, leather and earth. Silky yet structured with ripe tannins, bright acidity and a persistent, savory finish.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification: destemmed fruit, controlled cuvaison and fermentation, matured 12–18 months in French oak barrels (portion new), then cellared post-auction for further development.

Produced by the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune; Cuvée Dumay originates from historic Corton parcels donated to the Hospices (Charlotte Dumay). Hospices wines are blended from multiple plots and sold annually at the charity auction.
